儿童期创伤与其后大学生应对方式、负性情绪的观察分析

Association among child abuse, coping styles and negative emotions in college students: an observational analysis

摘要: 目的 探讨儿童期创伤、积极与消极应对方式与其后大学生负性情绪间的关系,以及两种应对方式在儿童期创伤与其后负性情绪间的多重中介作用,并比较中介效应大小。 方法 选取山东省某高校1 802名学生,使用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)分别评价焦虑抑郁症状,得分作为其后负性情绪显变量;使用简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)评价积极与消极应对;使用儿童期创伤问卷(CTQ-SF)评价儿童期创伤。 结果 高创伤水平大学生焦虑、抑郁得分显著高于低水平个体(P<0.001);焦虑、抑郁得分和CTQ、应对方式得分两两相关(P<0.01);CTQ、积极和消极应对方式可以预测焦虑、抑郁;多重中介效应模型和偏差校正Bootstrap检验结果显示,CTQ能够通过应对方式间接影响其后负性情绪(χ2/df=49.119,CFI=0.942,TLI=0.907,RMSEA=0.055),中介效应间差异不显著[95%CI(-0.006~0.470)]。 结论 应对方式在儿童期创伤与其后负性情绪间起到并行多重中介作用,积极应对与消极应对中介效应相当。

Abstract: Objective To explore the association among childhood abuse, coping styles and negative emotions in college students. Methods A total of 1 802 students were involved in the questionnaire survey. The Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were used to assess anxiety and depression symptoms, which served as observed variables of outcome. The Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)was used to evaluate coping styles, and Childhood Trauma Questionnaire(CTQ-SF)was used to assess child trauma. Results Students with high CTQ level scored higher in anxiety and depression scores compared with those with low CTQ level(P<0.001). Both CTQ score and coping styles(both positive and negative)were strongly associated with anxiety and depression(P<0. 01), which were able to predict negative emotions. Multiple mediation modeling and bias corrected Bootstrap test showed that child trauma had indirect effects on negative emotions through the mediation effects of negative and positive coping styles(χ2/df=49.119, CFI=0.942, TLI=0.907, RMSEA=0.055). The differences between the intermediary effect was not significant [95%CI(-0.006-0.470)]. Conclusion Both negative and positive coping styles exert multiple medication effects on the relationship between child trauma and negative emotions.
