Netrin-1在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及与转移的相关性

Expression of netrin-1 in invasive ductal breast cancer and its relationship with tumor metastasis

摘要: 目的 探讨Netrin-1蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及临床意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测46例乳腺浸润性导管癌中Netrin-1的表达。结果 46例乳腺浸润性导管癌中30例表达阳性, 16例表达阴性。Netrin-1在有淋巴结转移中的阳性率为78.6%(11/14)。Netrin-1的表达与乳腺癌患者的年龄、原发肿瘤的大小、临床分期及雌激素受体、孕激素受体、Her-2和KI-67的表达无关(P均>0.05), 但与肿瘤的转移有明显的相关性(P<0.05)。结论 乳腺癌患者中存在Netrin-1的异常表达, Netrin-1可能在乳腺癌的发生及转移过程中起到重要作用, Netrin-1可单独作为一个预测乳腺癌转移的指标。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of netrin-1 in invasive ductal breast cancer and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of netrin-1 in 46 cases of invasive ductal breast cancer was detected with immunohistochemical SP method. Results Of all 46 cases, 30 cases had positive and 16 cases had negative expression of netrin-1. The positive rate of netrin-1 expression was 78.6% (11/14) in the group of breast cancer with lymph node metastasis. The expression of netrin-1 was not related to the patients' age, tumor size, clinical stage, expression of ER, PR, Her-2 and KI-67 (P>0.05), but was closely related to tumor metastasis (P<0.05). Conclusion Netrin-1 is abnormally expressed in breast cancer. It probably plays an important role in tumorigenesis and metastasis of breast cancer, and may be used as a marker for the prediction of breast cancer metastasis.
