摘要: 目的 探讨饮久舒植物饮品对肝脏代谢酶的影响。 方法 选取30名健康志愿者,在饮用饮久舒前及饮用后30、60、120 min时各抽取5 mL静脉血,分离血浆,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血浆中乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)、乙醛脱氢酶(ALDH)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、谷胱甘肽巯基转移酶P1(GSTP1)、谷胱甘肽巯基转移酶M3(GSTM3)的水平。 结果 30名健康志愿者饮用饮久舒后,血浆中ADH、ALDH、GSH、GSTP1、GSTM3五种酶含量均呈升高趋势。与饮用前水平相比,ADH在饮用30 min后组间差异达到有统计学意义的水平(P=0.014),ALDH在饮用120 min后组间差异达到有统计学意义的水平(P=0.016),GSH在饮用60 min后组间差异达到有统计学意义的水平(P=0.031),GSTP1在饮用30 min和60 min后组间差异达到有统计学意义的水平(P=0.046, P=0.012),GSTM3在饮用30 min和60 min后组间差异达到有统计学意义的水平(P=0.008, P=0.039)。 结论 饮久舒能提高乙醇代谢相关酶和抗氧化物质的水平,可能是其发挥解酒护肝作用的潜在机制。
