摘要: 目的 检测聚腺苷酸二磷酸核糖聚合酶-1(PARP-1)在子宫内膜异位症患者在位内膜和异位内膜组织中的表达,并探讨PARP-1与E-cadeherin、vimentin和Snail在子宫内膜异位症患者内膜中表达的相关性。 方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测PARP-1、E-cadeherin、vimentin和Snail在子宫内膜异位症患者在位内膜、异位内膜、正常子宫在位内膜中的表达。采用Spearman方法分析PARP-1与E-cadeherin、vimentin和Snail之间表达的相关性。 结果 PARP-1、vimentin和Snail在子宫内膜异位症患者在位内膜及异位内膜中的表达比正常子宫在位内膜中的表达增高(P<0.001),E-cadherin在子宫内膜异位症患者在位内膜及异位内膜中的表达较正常子宫在位内膜表达降低(P<0.001)。在子宫内膜异位症患者在位内膜中,PARP-1的表达与E-cadherin呈负相关(r=-0.39),与vimentin和Snail的表达呈正相关(r分别为0.45和0.44);在子宫内膜异位症患者异位内膜中,PARP-1的表达与E-cadherin呈负相关(r=-0.41),与vimentin和Snail的表达呈正相关(r分别为0.48和0.56)。 结论 PARP-1在子宫内膜异位症在位内膜及异位内膜中表达增高,PARP-1可能参与了子宫内膜异位症的上皮间质转化过程。
