摘要: 子宫内膜异位症是育龄妇女的常见疾病,除了造成疼痛影响生活质量以外,还显著降低妇女的生育力,导致不孕不育的发生。子宫内膜异位症相关不孕的主要治疗手段为腹腔镜手术和辅助生殖技术, 治疗方法的选择主要取决于疾病的严重程度以及患者本身的特点,但具体采用何种方式及确切的实施时间等问题尚存在争议。
