摘要: 子宫内膜异位症是育龄妇女常见、多发病,是导致慢性盆腔痛的最常见原因。子宫内膜异位症分布范围广泛,影像学手段可对病灶提供全面、客观的评估。介绍多种影像学手段在子宫内膜异位症的应用,并对超声和磁共振成像相关的技术及进展进行综述。

关键词: 子宫内膜异位症, 影像学诊断, 超声, 磁共振成像

Abstract: Endometriosis is a common and frequently-occurring disease in women of childbearing age. It is the most common cause of chronic pelvic pain. As endometriosis is widespread, imaging techniques can provide a comprehensive and objective assessment of the lesion. This article describes the application of a variety of imaging techniques in the diagnosis of endometriosis, and reviews the techniques and advances in ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging.
