Abstract: Pernicious placenta previa is a serious complication of cesarean section. With the rate of cesarean section increased in recent years, the incidence of pernicious placenta previa is increasing. Pernicious placenta previa and its severe complications have attracted much attention. Prophylactic balloon occlusion, bladder endoscopy, multiple conservative surgery hemostasis, massive transfusion, autologous blood transfusion and other multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment can effectively reduce maternal and fetal mortality.
