摘要： 子宫内膜异位症(内异症)是一种雌激素依赖性疾病,好发于育龄期女性,围绝经期及绝经后女性少见,主要表现为慢性盆腔痛、不孕、包块及结节等,其中继发性盆腔疼痛是患者最常见的就诊原因。1942年Edgar Haydon报道首例78岁绝经后女性内异症患者,其后关于该年龄阶段内异症的相关研究逐渐增多。目前许多学者认为,围绝经期及绝经后内异症病灶主要来源于绝经前内异症病灶的未完全萎缩部分,但具体病因未明,关于该阶段内异症患者的治疗与管理亦无标准化诊疗方案。本文从围绝经期及绝经后内异症患者的发病特点、临床问题、治疗方法及长期管理4个方面进行整理与解读,以期提高临床医师对围绝经期及绝经后内异症的认识和诊治能力。
