摘要: 子宫内膜异位症是育龄期女性常见的慢性疾病,发病率高达10%,疼痛是其最明显的症状,也是患者最常见的就诊原因,70%~80%子宫内膜异位症患者有不同程度的疼痛。该病可累及盆腔所有组织和器官,以及盆腔外全身多个部位和脏器,包括呼吸系统、消化系统、泌尿系统及神经系统等,引发疼痛的特点及部位各不相同。子宫内膜异位症相关疼痛受炎症刺激、神经病理、精神心理等一系列因素影响,具有定位不准确、症状多样化等特点,长期反复疼痛给患者身心健康及生活质量造成极大困扰。内异症相关疼痛的管理需综合考虑患者的病理特点、疼痛类型和心理状态等因素去制定个体化的治疗方案。未来随着新药研发和手术技术的进步,内异症疼痛管理将更加人性化、个性化和综合化,为患者带来更好的治疗效果和生活质量。

Abstract: Endometriosis is a common chronic condition among women of reproductive age, with an incidence rate as high as 10%. Pain is its most prominent symptom and the most frequent reason for medical consultation, affecting approximately 70%-80% of patients to varying degrees. Endometriosis can involve all tissues and organs within the pelvis, as well as multiple locations and organs outside the pelvis, including the respiratory, digestive, urinary, and nervous systems, causing pain with diverse characteristics and locations. The pain associated with endometriosis is influenced by a range of factors such as inflammatory stimulation, neuropathic conditions, and psychological factors, and is characterized by imprecise localization and varied symptoms. The chronic and recurrent nature of this pain significantly impacts patients physical and mental health, as well as their quality of life. Management of endometriosis-related pain requires a comprehensive consideration of the patients pathological characteristics, type of pain, and psychological state to develop a personalized treatment plan. In the future, with advancements in drug development and surgical techniques, the management of endometriosis pain will become more humane, personalized, and comprehensive, offering patients better treatment outcomes and improved quality of life.
