妇悦舒植物饮品治疗原发性痛经的疗效

Efficacy of Fuyueshu plant drink in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea

摘要： 目的 探讨妇悦舒植物饮品对原发性痛经的治疗效果。 方法 纳入2022年8月26日至10月3日于山东大学齐鲁医院就诊的32例痛经患者,第1个月经周期为对照周期,应用布洛芬缓释胶囊,第2个月经周期为治疗周期,应用妇悦舒植物饮品,对比两个周期患者的疼痛、乳房胀痛、胸胁胀痛、畏寒、冷汗、恶心呕吐、腹泻、头晕、乏力、心烦易怒及血清学指标。 结果 妇悦舒植物饮品的总有效率高于布洛芬缓释胶囊(81.25% vs 43.75%),妇悦舒对胸胁胀痛、畏寒、冷汗、腹泻、头晕头痛、乏力、心烦易怒的改善效果优于布洛芬缓释胶囊(P<0.05),对乳房胀痛、胸胁胀痛、恶心呕吐的改善情况与布洛芬缓释胶囊相当。妇悦舒对血清前列腺素E2(PGE2)、前列腺素2α(PGF2α)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)含量的改善能力与布洛芬缓释胶囊相仿,对肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量的改善能力优于布洛芬缓释胶囊(P<0.001)。 结论 妇悦舒植物饮品可有效改善原发性痛经的临床症状和血清学指标。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of Fuyueshu plant drink on primary dysmenorrhea. Methods A total of 32 patients with dysmenorrhea treated during Aug. 26 and Oct. 3, 2022 were included. The patients received ibuprofen sustained-release capsules in the first menstrual cycle and Fuyueshu in the second menstrual cycle. The pain, breast pain, chest and hypochondriac pain, chills, cold sweat, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, fatigue, irritability and serological indicators were compared between the two cycles. Results The total response rate of Fuyueshu was higher than that of ibuprofen(81.25% vs 43.75%). Fuyueshu was significantly better than ibuprofen in improving chills, cold sweat, diarrhea, dizziness, headache, fatigue and irritability(P<0.05). The two had comparable effects on the improvement of breast pain, nausea and vomiting, serum prostaglandin E2(PGE2), prostaglandin 2α(PGF2α)and β-endorphin(β-EP). Fuyueshu was superior to ibuprofen in increasing the level of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)(P<0.001). Conclusion Fuyueshu can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and serological indexes of primary dysmenorrhea.
