摘要: 目的 探讨12~15岁青少年不同矢状骨面型上气道形态的差异性。 方法 选取山东大学口腔医院正畸治疗的青少年187例,其中男91例,女96例,12~15岁。所有参与者接受头颅锥形束计算机体层摄影技术(CBCT)扫描,使用Dolphin软件测量上气道形态特征,根据APDI值将男、女各分为骨性Ⅰ类组、骨性Ⅱ类组和骨性Ⅲ类组。采用SPSS软件对测量数据进行统计学分析。 结果 男患者中后鼻棘点水平上气道截面的最大矢状径、后鼻棘点水平上气道截面最大横径与最大矢状径比值、腭咽面积、上气道正中矢状面总面积在3组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。女患者中仅腭咽面积在3组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 12~15岁青少年不同矢状骨骼面型的上气道形态大小存在显著差异。
