老年人生活质量与心理弹性的关系及领悟社会支持的中介作用

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨老年人生活质量与心理弹性的关系及领悟社会支持的中介作用。方法采用领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)和世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)对445名老年人进行问卷调查。结果生活质量、心理弹性和领悟社会支持量表各维度及总分之间两两呈现显著正相关(P<0.01)。领悟社会支持和心理弹性均正向预测生活质量(β=0.333, β=0.415)。Bootstrap检验结果显示,领悟社会支持在心理弹性和生活质量之间起部分中介作用,中介作用的大小为0.160 7(95% CI:0.1120~0.2184)。结论领悟社会支持在心理弹性和生活质量关系中起部分中介作用。

Abstract: Objective To explore the relationship between quality of life and resilience, and to analyze the mediating effect of perceived social support. Methods A total of 445 old people were surveyed with Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS), Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC 10)and WHO Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF). Results There was significantly positive correlation between perceived social support, resilience and quality of life, respectively(P<0.01). Both perceived social support and resilience predicted the quality of life(β=0.333, β =0.415). Bootstrap test showed that perceived social support partly mediated between quality of life and resilience, and the mediating effect was 0.160 7(95%CI: 0.1120-0.2184). Conclusion Perceived social support plays a mediating role between resilience and quality of life.
