基于不同理论模式的老年人心理健康评估的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 2012年,我国已提前进入老龄化社会,60岁以上的老年人已占总人口的10%。为应对老年人群对生活照料、医疗保健和康复护理的需求以及提供适合老年人心理特点的专业性服务,需要对老年人的心理健康状况进行评估。不同的理论模式对心理健康的标准理解不同,评估角度和方法各异。本文综述了基于病理心理学、心理卫生学、积极心理学和积极老龄化模式的心理健康标准和评估方法。

Abstract: China entered the aging society in the year 2012, in which people aged ≥60 years accounted for 10% of the total population. In order to meet the needs of life care, health care and rehabilitation care, as well as to provide professional service, it is necessary to evaluate the mental health status of the elderly. At present, there exist different mental health standards and assessment methods based on multiply theoretical models. This article reviews the standards of psychological health and evaluation methods based on pathological psychology, mental health, positive psychology and positive aging.
