Klippel-Trenaunay综合征儿童情绪与行为特征及其影响因素

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨Klippel-Trenaunay综合征(Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome, KTS)儿童情绪行为问题现状及其影响因素。方法使用Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL/4~16岁)、亲子关系自我评定量表对就诊于山东大学附属儿童医院血管瘤科&介入医学科的70例KTS儿童及其家长进行调查,并按1∶1匹配同性别、年龄的健康儿童为对照组。结果 KTS儿童情绪行为问题检出率为31.4%。logistic回归分析显示,女孩是儿童情绪行为问题的危险因素(OR=3.729,95%CI:1.136~12.232),居住地、亲子关系与儿童情绪行为问题的关联无统计学意义。结论 KTS儿童情绪行为问题较多,其产生可能与患儿性别有关。

Abstract: Objective To understand the status and influencing factors of emotional and behavioral problems in children with Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome(KTS). Methods A total of 70 children with KTS and their parents from the Department of Vascular Anomalies and Interventional Radiology, Childrens Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University were surveyed using the Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL/4-16)and the Parent-Child Relationship Self-Rating Scale. A control group of 70 healthy children matched 1∶1 by gender and age was established. Results The detection rate of emotional and behavioral problems in children with KTS was 31.4%. Logistic regression analysis showed that being a girl was a risk factor for emotional and behavioral problems(OR=3.729, 95%CI: 1.136-12.232),while the associations between the place of residence, parent-child relationship and childrens emotional and behavioral problems were not statistically significant. Conclusion Children with KTS have a relatively high rate of emotional and behavioral problems, which may be associated with the patients gender.
