摘要: 目的 了解山东省三甲医院乳腺多学科诊疗(multidisciplinary treatment, MDT)开展情况,推动MDT的规范化开展。 方法 简单随机抽样山东省内38所三甲医院。通过问卷调查采集医生基本信息、医院基本信息、MDT开展情况、MDT评价,并进行统计分析。 结果 35所医院(92.1%)设置乳腺外科,17所和13所设置乳腺影像和病理亚专业。73.7%的医院MDT开展时间为3~10年,47.4%的医院每周开展MDT。8所亚专业设置完善的医院,MDT开展均超过5年,而未设置两大亚专业的医院仅3所MDT开展超过5年。亚专业设置完善的医院每周开展MDT的比例更高。94.5%的调查对象认为MDT优化了临床诊疗,97.2%支持建立MDT数据库,但目前仅43.6%的医院已建立数据库。88.2%的调查对象满意MDT薪酬,各职称调查对象满意度分布差异无统计学意义。 结论 山东省三甲医院乳腺MDT发展较早,但仍需不断提高,未来需调动医务工作者积极性,进一步规范推广。
