摘要:
保乳手术已成为女性早期乳腺癌的标准手术方式,但目前我国保乳率整体水平仍然较低,特别是大量具备保乳手术指征的患者最终未接受保乳手术。影响保乳手术治疗决策的因素是复杂的,包括年龄、家庭收入、受教育水平等社会经济因素;此外,医生的建议、放疗相关的医疗服务、对癌症复发的担忧也对患者术式选择产生影响。本文对影响具备保乳手术指征的乳腺癌患者进行手术决策的相关因素进行综述,以期为提高我国女性乳腺癌保乳率提供参考。
