Research progress on psychological factors and interventions in endometriosis-associated pain

Abstract: Pain is one of the most common symptoms of endometriosis. Psychological factor contributes to the expe-rience of pain in patients with endometriosis and is one of the most significant reasons for the persistence of pain symptoms. This paper reviewed the research progress on the psychological factors affecting endometriosis pain and their interventions in the light of the psychological theories related to pain, to provide a reference for the management of endometriosis pain.
