经脐单孔腹腔镜手术的再认识

Rethinking about laparoendoscopic single-site surgery

摘要: 经脐单孔腹腔镜具有多孔腹腔镜手术的优点,而腹部美观效果更好;但是该技术操作复杂,不容易掌握与推广。在腹部适当部位增加了迷你腹腔镜手术器械,帮助显露手术野,极大方便了单孔腹腔镜手术操作,腹部同样没有明显的手术瘢痕,这种经脐单孔腹腔镜杂交手术也是一种很好的手术选择。在临床上选择腹腔镜手术时,是行多孔、减孔、单孔,还是杂交腹腔镜技术,应综合考虑多方面的因素,对患者要“量体裁衣,私人订制”。

Abstract: Laparoendoscopic single-site surgery not only has the advantages of multi-site laparoscopic surgery, but also produces better abdominal appearance. Therefore, it is a very good choice. In clinical selection among multi-site, single-site, reduced site or mixed laparoscopic surgery, we should take into account a variety of factors and design to individually tailore surgical plan for patients.
