摘要: 目的 探讨简式阴道旁修补术治疗前中盆腔缺陷(即阴道前壁脱垂合并子宫脱垂)的临床价值。 方法 前瞻观察性研究41例有临床症状的阴道前壁脱垂合并子宫脱垂的患者。41例均采取简式阴道旁修补术,术后定期随访患者的主观感觉及客观查体情况。 结果 41例手术均成功实施,平均手术时间(56.6±18.6)min,中位失血量150.0(50.0, 200.0)mL。中位随访时间12个月(范围6~23个月),5例失访。3例出现复发,但2例无自觉不适。1例出现阴道疼痛。客观治愈率为91.7%,主观治愈率为94.4%。 结论 简式阴道旁修补术是一种安全有效地、治疗阴道前壁脱垂并子宫脱垂的新术式。
