固定平台单髁术后胫骨假体周围骨折2例

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的分析并探讨与膝关节单髁关节置换术(UKA)相关的胫骨平台假体周围骨折(TPF)的机制和治疗选择。方法回顾性分析 2例UKA术后TPF病例,查阅相关文献并进行经验总结。结果经病例分析及文献查询,对于拟行UKA 手术的患者,术前应严格把握手术适应证,术前准确评估,术中谨慎操作,并重视围手术期骨质疏松的治疗;对于TPF患者的治疗,应因人而异,根据骨折块的大小、骨折移位情况、骨质疏松情况以及假体稳定性选择相应的治疗方式。结论选择正确的治疗方法可以使TPF获得良好的预后。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the mechanism and treatment options for periprosthetic tibial plateau fracture(TPF)associated with unicompartmental knee arthroplasty(UKA). Methods The clinical data of 2 cases of TPF after UKA were retrospectively analyzed, and relevant literature was reviewed. Results For patients to undergo UKA, the preoperative indications should be strictly selected, operative condition should be accurately evaluated, operation should be cautiously conducted, and perioperative osteoporosis should be timely treated. Treatment of TPF should be individually tailed according to the size of fracture, displacement of fracture, osteoporosis and stability of the prosthesis. Conclusion Appropriate treatment can lead to a good prognosis for TPF.
