摘要: 目的 分析并探讨与膝关节单髁关节置换术(UKA)相关的胫骨平台假体周围骨折(TPF)的机制和治疗选择。 方法 回顾性分析 2例UKA术后TPF病例,查阅相关文献并进行经验总结。 结果 经病例分析及文献查询,对于拟行UKA 手术的患者,术前应严格把握手术适应证,术前准确评估,术中谨慎操作,并重视围手术期骨质疏松的治疗;对于TPF患者的治疗,应因人而异,根据骨折块的大小、骨折移位情况、骨质疏松情况以及假体稳定性选择相应的治疗方式。 结论 选择正确的治疗方法可以使TPF获得良好的预后。
