黄芪多糖/壳聚糖缓释微球对大鼠变应性鼻炎的治疗作用

Therapeutic effect of astragalus polysaccharides/chitosan microspheres on rats with allergic rhinitis

摘要: 目的 观察黄芪多糖/壳聚糖缓释微球对大鼠变应性鼻炎的治疗作用。 方法 采用喷雾干燥法制备黄芪多糖/壳聚糖缓释微球,通过载药量、粒径、微球形态对微球进行表征。将60只健康Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组,模型组,布地奈德组,黄芪多糖/壳聚糖缓释微球低、中、高剂量组。用氢氧化铝凝胶腹腔注射和卵清蛋白滴鼻的方法制备变应性鼻炎大鼠模型,布地奈德组给予布地奈德溶液连续滴鼻,黄芪多糖/壳聚糖缓释微球低、中、高剂量组分别将微球混悬于生理盐水后给予连续滴鼻,模型组和正常组分别以生理盐水代替滴鼻。观察药物对大鼠变应性鼻炎症状评分及鼻黏膜病理组织改变的影响。 结果 黄芪多糖/壳聚糖缓释微球能有效抑制大鼠变应性鼻炎症状,减轻鼻炎的病理学改变。 结论 黄芪多糖/壳聚糖缓释微球对大鼠变应性鼻炎有明显的治疗作用。

Abstract: Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of astragalus polysaccharides/chitosan microspheres on rats with allergic rhinitis. Methods Astragalus polysaccharides/chitosan microspheres were prepared with spray drying method, and the physicochemical properties of microspheres were characterized by drug loading, particle size and morphology. A total of 60 healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into the following groups: normal group, model group, budesonide group, astragalus polysaccharides/chitosan microspheres low-dose group, moderate-dose group and high-dose group. Allergic rhinitis rat models were built by intraperitoneal injection of aluminum hydroxide gel and intranasal administration of ovalbumin. The budesonide group was given budesonide solution by continuous nasal administratio; the polysaccharides/chitosan microspheres low-dose group, moderate-dose group and high-dose group were treated with saline solution of astragalus polysaccharide/chitosan microspheres with different dosages; the model group and normal group were treated with normal saline. The effects of the drugs on syndrome scores and pathological changes were observed.
