摘要: 目的 探讨社交回避与学业挫败感在青少年抑郁障碍与网络成瘾关系中的中介效应。 方法 选择2021年5月至2022年10月在精神卫生类机构门诊就诊和住院治疗的463例青少年抑郁障碍患者。采用儿童抑郁量表、社交回避与苦恼量表、挫败感量表以及Young的网络成瘾量表进行评估。使用SPSS 26.0 PROCESS v4.1程序进行中介效应分析,采用偏差矫正的非参数百分位Bootstrap方法进行中介效应检验。 结果 网络成瘾、抑郁障碍青少年抑郁程度、社交回避、学业挫败感两两之间呈显著正相关。社交回避和学业挫败感在抑郁障碍青少年抑郁程度与网络成瘾之间起平行中介作用,中介效应量分别为0.136(95%CI:0.028~0.243)和0.276(95%CI:0.079~0.475)。 结论 抑郁障碍青少年抑郁程度不仅直接影响网络成瘾,而且还通过社交回避和学业挫败感的中介作用间接影响网络成瘾。未来在临床工作中应采用针对社交回避和学业挫败感的干预方式,以减少抑郁障碍青少年发生网络成瘾的风险。
