摘要: 目的 探讨肠内营养支持和肠外营养支持对早期重症脑卒中患者血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、血清肌酐(SCr)浓度变化及并发症的影响。 方法 将住院治疗的60例早期重症脑卒中患者采用随机数字表法分组,按照给予肠外和早期肠内营养支持的不同方式分成两组各30例,对两组患者在治疗前后的血清ALT、SCr浓度变化及并发症发生情况进行分析评价。 结果 治疗后两组患者的血清ALT浓度随时间延长均有显著性升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),肠内营养组患者血清ALT浓度的升高幅度明显低于肠外营养组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者的血清SCr浓度随时间延长均有升高趋势,且升高幅度相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);肠内营养组患者的并发症发生率为16.7%,显著低于肠外营养组的40.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 肠内营养支持在早期重症脑卒中患者的治疗中对肝功能的保护作用较大且并发症少,临床效果优于肠外营养支持。
