摘要: 放射治疗是治疗恶性肿瘤的重要手段之一。放射性粒子植入为近距离照射治疗,其特点为肿瘤局部控制率高且并发症发生率低,临床适应证不断拓展。近年来开展的结合3D打印模板的放射性粒子植入使该治疗更为规范,剂量学更为精准。在循证医学的基础上,创新个体化粒子植入治疗方案的实施,有可能取得更佳的成果。
