放射性125I粒子植入局部治疗支气管肺癌

Implantation of 125I seeds for treatment of local bronchogenic carcinoma

摘要: 肺癌是我国高发、死亡率高的恶性肿瘤。近年来,随着医疗水平的提高及科学技术的发展,介入治疗在肺癌治疗中占据重要地位。越来越多的研究表明,放射性粒子125I植入在中晚期肺癌的患者治疗中取得良好的疗效,但对于早期不可切除肺癌,放射性粒子125I植入是否也能取得同样的疗效,有待进一步研究。

关键词: 125I, 肺肿瘤, 放射性粒子

Abstract: Lung cancer is a kind of malignant tumor with high morbidity and mortality in China. In recent years, with the improvement of medical level and the development of science and technology, interventional therapy plays an important role in lung cancer trerapy. More and more studies have shown that implantation of 125I radioactive seeds for treatment of patients with advanced lung cancer has achieved good results. But for the lung cancer at early stage, the effect of implantation of 125I radioactive seeds needs to be further studied.
