前列腺囊腺瘤的临床特征分析

摘要： 目的回顾性分析国内外报道的前列腺囊腺瘤病例,探讨前列腺囊腺瘤的临床特点及诊断治疗。方法通过计算机检索1988年至2014年PubMed、MEDLINE、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库等。英文检索词为prostatic cystadenoma、PC、neoplasm、clinical symptoms、prognosis、diagnose、treatment、imageology等, 中文检索词为前列腺囊腺瘤、临床症状、预后、诊断、治疗、影像学等。结果共检索国外文献22篇, 国内文献8篇, 患者年龄为15~80岁;症状以排尿困难为主;前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)多升高, 也可正常;CT、MRI表现为多房囊性改变;治疗方法多样, 手术彻底切除有望治愈该病。结论对于前列腺合并囊肿的患者, 术前穿刺部位经会阴途径可以有效避免脓肿的形成。

Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of prostatic cystadenoma. Methods Papers published during 1988 to 2014 in databases such as PubMed, MEDLINE, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Wangfang Data were retrieved with queries including prostatic cystadenoma, PC, neoplasm, clinical symptoms, prognosis, diagnosis, treatment and imagelogy. Results A total of 22 foreign and 8 domestic papers were obtained, the age of patients ranged from 15 to 80 years and the main symptom was dysuria. Most patients had higher or normal prostate specific antigen value. The results of CT scan and MRI showed that there were multilocular cystic changes. Various kinds of treatment were adopted, among which surgical removal could cure this disease. Conclusion For patients with prostatic cystadenoma, preoperative transperineal puncture can effectively avoid abscess formation.
