摘要：

目的观察盐酸戊乙奎醚对硫化氢急性中毒所致心血管损伤的临床疗效。方法收集32例硫化氢急性中毒患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各16人，观察组给予盐酸戊乙奎醚+常规治疗，对照组给予常规治疗。记录患者30min、24h、3d及7d血清心肌酶谱；用ELISA法测定患者上述时间肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白介素8（IL-8）等血清炎症因子含量。结果观察组血清心肌酶谱、炎症因子TNF-α、IL-8含量明显低于对照组（P<0.05），心电图心肌损伤性ST、T波改变明显改善（P<0.05）。结论盐酸戊乙奎醚可以减轻硫化氢急性中毒引起的心血管损伤并改善心血管功能。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride on cardiovascular injury caused by hydrogen sulfide. Method 32 cases were divided into two groups(16 cases in each group). The control group underwent routine treatment, and the other group was treated by both penehyclidine hydrochloride and routine treatment. The serum myocardiac enzyme was determined at 30min, 24h, 3d and 7d, and the levels of TNF-α and IL-8 were determined at the above time points by ELISA. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of myocardiac enzyme and the plasma TNF-α and IL-8 significantly decreased. And by ECG, the impairedST and T wave were significantly improved. Conclusion Penehyclidine hydrochloridehas a protective effect on cardiovascular injury induced by hydrogen sulfide and improves cardiovascular function.
