摘要：

目的探讨喹硫平和阿立哌唑治疗双相情感障碍抑郁发作的疗效及安全性。方法将80例符合CCMD3双相情感障碍抑郁发作诊断标准的患者分为喹硫平组和阿立哌唑组，每组40例。治疗周期为8周，评定工具包括蒙哥马利抑郁量表（MADRS）、副反应量表（TESS）及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）。结果治疗8周后，2组患者MADRS总分均显著减少（P＜0.001）。喹硫平组和阿立哌唑组脱落率分别为12.5%和15.0%，2组不良反应发生率分别为22.5%和35.0%。2组患者治疗8周后PSQI总分均显著减少（P＜0.01）。结论喹硫平和阿立哌唑对双相情感障碍抑郁发作的疗效均较好。

Abstract:

To determine the efficacy and safety of quetiapine and aripiprazole in the treatment of bipolar depression. MethodsA total of 80 patients with CCMD3 bipolar disorder experiencing a depressive episode were assigned to two groups treated with quetiapine (n=40) or aripiprazole (n=40) for 8 weeks. Measures included MontgomeryAsberg Depression Rating Scale (MADRS),Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Results After 8 weeks′ of treatment, the total score of MADRS was significantly reduced in both groups (P＜0.001). The expulsive rate of the quetiapine group and the aripiprazole group was 12.5% and 15.0%, respectively. The adverse effective rate of the two groups was 22.5% and 35.0%. The total score of PSQI was significantly reduced in both groups after the treatment of 8 weeks (P＜0.01). ConclusionQuetiapine and aripiprazole are efficient in the treatment of bipolar depression.
