脊髓损伤后大鼠水钠代谢紊乱动物模型的建立

A rat model for studying water and sodium metabolism following cervical spinal cord injury

摘要: 目的建立大鼠颈脊髓损伤后水钠代谢紊乱的动物模型。方法在预实验基础上选成年雌性Wistar大鼠45只,随机分为正常饲养无手术对照组(A组)15只,肠内营养乳剂(TP)喂养并行胃造瘘和颈后路椎旁肌剥离手术对照组(B组)15只,肠内营养乳剂喂养并行颈脊髓完全横断损伤及胃造瘘术、导尿术实验组(C组)15只,其中C组3只鼠术后死亡弃用,测量血钠、尿钠浓度及尿量。结果与B组相比,C组于手术4?d后均获得明显低钠血症(P<0.05)。A组和B、C组术前血钠浓度无明显差异(P>0.05)。 结论大鼠颈脊髓完全损伤后引起低钠血症的发生,可以作为颈脊髓损伤并发低钠血症动物模型进行深入研究。

Abstract: To establish a rat model of cervical spinal cord injury(SCI) for exploring the mechanism of metabolic disturbance of water and sodium after cervical SCI. MethodsFortyfive female adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: fifteen in group A were fed with normal rodent food without surgeries (the control group), fifteen in group B were fed with enteral nutritional emulsion(TP) and subjected to gastrostomy after lesions of the paravertebral muscles (the sham group), and fifteen in group C were fed with TP and subjected to gastrostomy after cervical spinal cord transaction (SCT) and urethral catheterization (the experimental group). The urine volume and concentration of sodium in blood and urine were determined. ResultsCompared with group B, group C had hyponatremia four days after the operations (P<0.05). Blood sodium concentration was not obviously different between group A and groups B and C preoperatively(P>0.05). ConclusionHyponatremia happens after cervical spinal cord injury in rats.
