摘要: 目的 了解医学院校在读学生医养结合认知程度与养老就业意愿现况及其影响因素。 方法 2023年1月至2023年12月采用便利抽样法选取山东省济南市某医学高校343名在校大学生进行问卷调查,获得其对于医养结合认知及养老就业意愿的情况并分析影响因素。 结果 共发放问卷343 份,回收有效问卷332份。Pearson相关分析法显示,医养结合认知程度总分与养老就业意愿总分呈正相关(r=0.304,P<0.001)。医学院校大学生医养结合认知程度平均得分为(53.42±9.06)分,68.07%的学生认知度程度较高(认知得分≥52分),主要受专业、受教育程度、修读老年学方面课程的意向等因素的影响(P均<0.05);养老就业意愿平均得分为(63.22±12.42)分,主要受到了解医养结合相关知识的意向程度、对老年学相关知识的了解程度、修读老年学方面课程的意向等因素的影响(P均<0.05)。 结论 医学院校大学生医养结合认知程度较高,但养老就业意愿目前还不高;对医养结合的认知程度在一定程度上能够提升养老就业意愿。医学生医养结合认知程度和养老就业意愿均受到修读老年学方面课程意向的影响。高校应从丰富课程理论教学、增加社会实践教学、完善职业规划教育、建立校政企合作平台等途径强化学生知识储备、引导职业理念。
