摘要: 目的 探讨急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者血浆中血小板微粒体(PMP)和内皮细胞微粒体(EMP)水平与其预后的关系。 方法 以德州市人民医院神经内科2013年3月至2015年6月收治的56例AIS患者(AIS组)和40例体检者(对照组)为研究对象。对所有研究对象进行问卷调查并抽取5 mL静脉血,采用流式细胞仪检测PMP和EMP含量。对AIS组进行入院和出院NIHSS评分,据此将AIS组分为预后不良和预后良好两类。采用Logistic回归分析探讨影响AIS预后的危险因素。 结果 AIS组PMP和EMP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。AIS组中预后良好患者的 PMP和EMP水平显著低于预后不良的患者(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析发现,糖尿病、高血压、PMP和EMP水平是影响AIS患者预后的独立预测因子。 结论 血浆PMP和EMP水平可能作为临床上评估AIS预后的指标。
