Prevention and nursing measures for renal osteopathy in patients with maintenance hemodialysis

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To discuss the prevention and nursing measures for renal osteopathy in patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods Intervention and nursing experience in preventing renal osteopathy were summarized by retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of 128 patients with maintenance hemodialysis . Results Out of 70 patients with renal osteopathy, 42 cases were effectively controlled, 16 cases were failed. Conclusion Management in serum levels of calcium and phosphate, reducing parathyroid hormone levels and poisoning-prevented interventions are helpful in controlling the development of renal osteopathy.
