摘要: 子宫内膜容受性,是指子宫内膜对胚胎的接受能力。良好的子宫内膜状态是成功妊娠的关键,而在整个月经周期中仅在种植窗期内膜才拥有良好的容受性。据报道,约有2/3的胚胎植入失败或妊娠丢失归咎于子宫内膜的原因。因此,针对引起不良子宫内膜容受性的因素及具体机制的研究,将有助于及时诊断并有效治疗相关不孕疾病,改善妊娠结局。综述影响子宫内膜容受性的多种因素,以期为深入研究子宫内膜容受性的生理病理机制提供思路。
