摘要: 目的 了解护理硕士生科研动机的现状,并探讨护理硕士生心理资本、学业控制感和科研动机间的关系,为制订针对性策略提高护理硕士生科研动机提供依据。 方法 采用科研动机量表、积极心理资本问卷和学业控制感量表对山东省206名护理硕士生进行问卷调查,采用独立样本t检验、Pearson相关和Bootstrap法进行数据分析,软件使用SPSS 24.0及PROCESS宏程序。 结果 在调查的206名护理硕士生中,内在科研动机、外在科研动机和避免失败动机得分分别为3.52±0.55、3.69±0.57、2.87±0.64,均处于中等偏上水平,且以外在科研动机为主(52.9%);Pearson相关分析结果显示,护理硕士生心理资本与内在科研动机呈中度正相关(r=0.459, P<0.01)、与外在科研动机呈低度正相关(r=0.249, P<0.01)、与避免失败动机呈低度负相关(r=-0.222, P<0.01),学业控制感与内在科研动机呈中度正相关(r=0.424, P<0.01)、与外在科研动机呈低度正相关(r=0.320, P<0.01)、与避免失败动机的相关无统计学意义,心理资本与学业控制感呈低度正相关(r=0.389, P<0.01)。中介效应分析结果显示,学业控制感在心理资本与内、外在科研动机间起中介作用(95%CI分别为0.051~0.169、0.022~0.146),中介效应量分别为25.6%、34.0%。 结论 护理硕士生学业控制感可中介心理资本对科研动机的影响。护理教育者应采取针对性干预策略,通过提高心理资本水平和培养学业控制感,提高护理硕士生的科研动机。
