206名护理硕士生心理资本与科研动机的调查分析

Psychological capital and research motivation in 206 nursing postgraduates

摘要: 目的 了解护理硕士生科研动机的现状,并探讨护理硕士生心理资本、学业控制感和科研动机间的关系,为制订针对性策略提高护理硕士生科研动机提供依据。 方法 采用科研动机量表、积极心理资本问卷和学业控制感量表对山东省206名护理硕士生进行问卷调查,采用独立样本t检验、Pearson相关和Bootstrap法进行数据分析,软件使用SPSS 24.0及PROCESS宏程序。 结果 在调查的206名护理硕士生中,内在科研动机、外在科研动机和避免失败动机得分分别为3.52±0.55、3.69±0.57、2.87±0.64,均处于中等偏上水平,且以外在科研动机为主(52.9%);Pearson相关分析结果显示,护理硕士生心理资本与内在科研动机呈中度正相关(r=0.459, P<0.01)、与外在科研动机呈低度正相关(r=0.249, P<0.01)、与避免失败动机呈低度负相关(r=-0.222, P<0.01),学业控制感与内在科研动机呈中度正相关(r=0.424, P<0.01)、与外在科研动机呈低度正相关(r=0.320, P<0.01)、与避免失败动机的相关无统计学意义,心理资本与学业控制感呈低度正相关(r=0.389, P<0.01)。中介效应分析结果显示,学业控制感在心理资本与内外在科研动机间起中介作用(95%CI分别为0.051~0.1690.022~0.146),中介效应量分别为25.6%、34.0%。 结论 护理硕士生学业控制感可中介心理资本对科研动机的影响。护理教育者应采取针对性干预策略,通过提高心理资本水平和培养学业控制感,提高护理硕士生的科研动机。

Abstract: Objective To explore the status quo of the research motivation of nursing postgraduates and to investigate their psychological capital, academic control and research motivation so as to provide evidence for improving their research motivation. Methods A total of 206 nursing postgraduates were recruited and surveyed with Research Motivation Scale, Positive Psycap Questionnaire and Academic Control Scale. Data collected were analyzed with independent sample t-test, Pearson correlation and bootstrap method with SPSS 24.0 and PROCESS macro. Results The scores of intrinsic research motivation, extrinsic research motivation and failure avoidance motivation were 3.52±0.55, 3.69±0.57 and 2.87±0.64, respectively, all of which were above the average level, and the extrinsic research motivation was primary(52.9%). Pearson correlation analysis showed that psychological capital had a moderate positive correlation with intrinsic research motivation(r=0.459, P<0.01), a low degree of positive correlation with extrinsic research motivation(r=0.249, P<0.01), and a low degree of negative correlation with failure avoidance motivation(r=-0.222, P<0.01). Moreover, academic control had a moderate positive correlation with intrinsic research motivation(r=0.424, P<0.01), a low degree of positive correlation with extrinsic research motivation(r=0.320, P<0.01), but no correlation with failure avoidance motivation. Furthermore, there was a low degree of positive correlation between psychological capital and academic control(r=0.389, P<0.01). Mediating effect analysis showed that academic control played a mediating role among psychological capital and intrinsic and extrinsic research motivation(95%CI: 0.051-0.169, 0.022-0.146), and the mediating effects were 25.6% and 34.0%, respectively. Conclusion Academic control mediates the effect of psychological capital on research motivation. Nursing educators should adopt targeted intervention strategies to improve the research motivation of nursing postgraduates by improving their psychological capital and cultivating academic control.
