高校学生男男性行为特征及其高危性行为与互联网交友的关联

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的了解某市高校学生男男性行为人群(MSM)性行为特征及互联网交友与其高危性行为之间的关联。方法采用方便抽样的方法在山东省某市招募高校学生MSM进行问卷调查。拟合多因素Logistic回归模型探讨互联网交友与其高危性行为之间的关联。结果收回300份合格问卷,调查对象首次男男性行为的平均年龄为(17.6±1.8)岁;最近一周7.7%的调查对象有2个及以上性伴侣;最近一次同性性行为35.7%的人未使用安全套,5%是群交;6.7%曾为了得到金钱或毒品而发生商业性行为。调查对象中86%通常通过互联网寻找性伴侣。多因素Logistic回归分析结果表明,互联网交友与最近一周有多个同性性伴侣(OR=0.28,95%CI:0.11~0.73)和有商业性行为(OR=0.22,95%CI:0.07~0.66)之间呈负相关关系。结论高校学生MSM中高危性行为普遍存在,互联网交友比非互联网交友的高校学生MSM高危性行为少。

Abstract: Objective To understand the characteristics of sexual behaviors and relationship between seeking sex partners through the internet and high-risk sexual behaviors in men who have sex with men(MSM)among university students in a city. Methods A survey was conducted in MSM among college students who were recruited through convenience sampling in a city of Shandong Province, China. The relationship between seeking sex partners through the internet and high-risk sexual behaviors was analyzed with multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results A total of 300 valid questionnaires were collected. Among the participants, the average age of the first male-to-male sex was(17.6±1.8)years old; 7.7% had two or more male sex partners last week; 35.7% did not use condoms and 5% was involved in group sex in last male-to-male sex; 6.7% had commercial sex for money or drugs. About 86% of the participants seek sexual partners via the internet. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed negative relations between seeking sexual partners through the internet and having two or more male sex partners (OR=0.28, 95%CI=0.11-0.73) 山东大学学报 (医学版)55卷7期 -郑杰滔,等.高校学生男男性行为特征及其高危性行为与互联网交友的关联 \=-and commercial sex(OR=0.22, 95%CI=0.07-0.66). Conclusion High-risk sexual behaviors are common among university MSM students. University MSM students who seek sexual partners through the internet have less high-risk sexual behaviors than those who seek sexual partners via non-internet ways.
