Shandong Province on the national essential medicine system

摘要:

目的   了解山东省乡镇卫生院医师对国家基本药物制度的知识、态度与行为现状。方法   通过多阶段分层整群抽样的方法选取研究对象,用自制问卷无记名调查。结果   本次问卷调查的有效率为97.3%。其中,30.5%的医师能够准确说出国家基本药物的种数,88.7%对制度持支持态度,84.6%经常向患者推荐基本药物,93.8%表示需要业务培训。结论   目前,乡镇卫生院医师对国家基本药物制度的认知度不高,态度较为积极,行为不够理想,对业务培训普遍有需求。建议在农村基层医疗机构开展有关国家基本药物制度的培训和宣传,从而推动制度的完善和实施。

Abstract:

Objective   To investigate the knowledge, attitude and practice of township hospital doctors in Shandong Province on the national essential medicine system. Methods   Stratified cluster sampling was used to investigate the knowledge, attitude and practice of township hospital doctors on the national essential medicine system. Answers to the self-designed questionnaire was anonymously analyzed. Results   97.3%of all questionnaires were valid. 30.5% of township hospital doctors were clearly aware of the variety of essential drugs, 88.7% held a supportive attitude to the national essential medicine system, 84.6% often recommended essential drugs to patients, and 93.8% expressed a need for professional training. Conclusions   Township hospital doctors has a weak awareness of the national essential medicine system, as well as a positive attitude, an unideal practice, and a general need for professional training. Therefore, it is suggested that professional training and advocacy about the national essential medicine system be carried out, which will promote the system′s improvement and implementation.
