摘要：

目的探讨内镜技术在处理LC术后胆总管结石的临床价值；方法回顾分析，对使用内镜技术处理LC术中及术后胆总管结石的总结；结果使用内镜技术成功取出100例胆总管结石，总有效率达到100%；结论应用内镜技术在LC术中及术后胆总管结石取石，能够有效地避免患者承受再次开腹手术的打击，具有创伤小恢复快的优点，是LC术中及术后胆总管结石治疗的重要手段。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the clinical value of the endoscopic technique in treating common duct stones after laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC). Methods Data about common duct stones in and after LC treated with endoscopic technique were reviewed and summarized. Results Endoscopic technique successfully removed 100 common duct stones, and the total effective rate was up to 100%. Conclusion Using endoscopic technique to remove common duct stones in and after LC, can prevent patients from undergoing operation once more, and it has the advantages of mini-trauma and quick recovery. Endoscopic technique is an important method for treating common duct stones in and after LC.
