手机辐射对孕鼠及子代血清免疫球蛋白的影响

Effect of electromagnetic radiation of cell phone on immunoglobulin content in the serum of pregnant mice and fetal mice

摘要:

目的  研究手机辐射对血清中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量的影响。方法  32只受孕大鼠随机分为对照组及低、中、高强度组(实验组),孕鼠每次接受手机辐射分别为0、10、30、60min。自受孕日起,每日辐射3次,连续辐射21d,待孕鼠正常分娩后,将孕鼠及24?h内新生鼠断头处死,测定其外周血中IgA、IgG、IgM的含量。结果  孕鼠及新生鼠外周血中IgG含量低强度组和中强度组升高,高强度组有所下降,各实验组与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);IgA含量各实验组均有下降,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);IgM含量实验组均有下降,低强度组和中强度组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),高强度组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 孕鼠在孕期接受手机辐射一定时间,对孕鼠及新生鼠外周血中免疫球蛋白含量均会产生一定的损害。

Abstract:

Objective  To investigate the effect of electromagnetic radiation of cellular phones on pregnant and offspring′s serum in rats. Methods  32 pregnant rats were randomly divided into the control group, the low intensity group, the middle intensity group and the high intensity group. After being exposed for 0,10,30,60 minutes, 3 times a day for 21 days, the content of immunoglobulin was determined. Results  In pregnant and neonatal rats′ serum, the content of IgG was increased in the low intensity group and the middle intensity group, however it was decreased in the high intensity group, with significant differences among the four groups (P<0.05). The content of IgA all decreased after exposure,which was significantly different between the experimental groups and the control group (P<0.05). Also the content of  IgM was decreased after exposure, which wassignificantly different (P<0.05) between the high intensity group and the control group but not between the other experimental groups and the control group. Conclusion  Receiving a certain period of electromagnetic radiation from a cell phone during pregnancy could do certain harm to immune systems of both pregnant and offspring rats.
