自酸蚀粘结剂XenoⅢ与激光联合应用封闭牙本质小管的实验研究

Combined application of selfetching adhesive XenoⅢ and laser on dentin tubule permeability in vitro

摘要:

目的评价自酸蚀粘结剂XenoⅢ与激光联合应用对离体牙牙本质小管通透性的影响。方法将40颗离体牙制备成牙本质暴露模型,随机均分为4组,分别给予自酸蚀粘结剂、激光、自酸蚀粘结剂与激光联合应用、对照组,并用染色法测量染料渗入的最大距离。结果联合应用组的染料渗入距离较自酸蚀粘结剂组或激光组减少(P<0.05),较对照组明显减少(P<0.01)。结论酸蚀粘结剂与激光联合应用较单独使用自酸蚀粘结剂或激光能更好地降低牙本质小管的通透性。

Abstract:

To evaluate the effect of the combination of selfetching adhesive XenoⅢ and laser on dentin permeability of extracted teeth.  MethodsForty extracted teeth whose occlusal surfaces were treated were divided randomly into four groups. Group A was varnished by selfetching adhesive XenoⅢ, group B was irradiated by laser, and group C was treated by the combination of the selfetching adhesive XenoⅢ and laser. Group D was untreated. The extracted teeth were immersed in the methylene blue solution. The dye penetration depth was measured under a dental microscope. Statistical analysis of four groups′ measurement results was carried out. ResultsThe dye penetration depth in group C  was less than that in group A or B(P<0.05), and obviously smaller than that in group D(P<0.01). ConclusionThe combined application of selfetching adhesive XenoⅢ and semiconductor laser can reduce the permeability of extracted teeth dentin more efficiently than selfetching adhesive or semiconductor laser applied alone.
