摘要: 老年髋部骨折手术患者易出现营养不良和肌少症等营养问题,对临床结局产生不良影响。规范的营养筛查、评估、诊断有助于早期发现营养风险或营养不良,及时科学的营养干预有助于改善临床结局。但目前我国尚缺乏针对老年髋部骨折手术患者营养管理的指南或共识。论文旨在探讨近年来国内外相关研究进展,了解营养筛查、评估和诊断工具在老年髋部骨折手术患者营养管理中的应用,以及其围手术期和康复期的营养干预策略,为今后相关研究的开展提供借鉴和参考,并进一步加速在临床实践中的应用。
