摘要: 目的 探讨双源CT Flash低剂量扫描对儿童表浅血管性疾病诊治的临床价值。 方法 对临床疑诊或超声提示为高流量血管性疾病的患者行双源CT Flash大螺距联合个体化低剂量扫描,同时记录单期相扫描时间、单期相剂量长度乘积及全程剂量长度乘积,计算平均有效辐射剂量。所得图像进行三维CT重建,由两位中级以上医师对图像给予诊断,根据诊断结果制定临床治疗方案并随访治疗效果。 结果 35例患者中共发现46处病变(平均7.4岁),其中血管瘤9例(9/35,25.71%),动静脉畸形14例(14/35,40.00%),静脉畸形12例(12/35,34.29%),单期相及全程平均有效辐射剂量分别为(0.45±0.16)、(1.31±0.42)mSV,单期相平均扫描时间为(0.69±0.15)s。 结论 双源CT Flash大螺距联合个体化低剂量扫描及三维重建技术可清晰地显示血管性病变同时明显降低辐射剂量,为临床诊治提供依据。
