百令胶囊对Graves病患者自身免疫的调理作用

Regulating effect of Bailing capsule on autoimmunity in patients with Graves disease

摘要: 目的 探讨冬虫夏草菌粉(百令胶囊)对Graves病(GD)患者机体免疫状态的调理作用。 方法 84例GD患者随机分为对照组(n=42)和治疗组(n=42),对照组根据甲状腺功能水平给予适量甲巯咪唑,治疗组则在相似治疗剂量的基础上加用百令胶囊(2 g/次,3次/d),连续6个月。观察入组时,服药1个月、3个月及6个月后受试者的甲状腺功能(FT3、FT4、TSH)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPO-Ab)水平、抗TSH受体抗体(TR-Ab)水平以及T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+及CD4+/CD8+)水平。 结果 (1) 治疗6个月后,两组甲状腺功能均较治疗前下降,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2) 治疗组的自身抗体TPO-Ab及TR-Ab水平较治疗前均有下降(P均<0.001);与对照组相比,治疗组抗体滴度显著下降(P均<0.001);(3) 疗程可影响TR-Ab的水平,但对TPO-Ab水平无明显作用;(4) 治疗6个月后,与对照组相比,治疗组的CD4+细胞水平下降(P=0.003),CD8+细胞水平上升(P=0.046),CD4+/CD8+比值下降(P=0.027)。 结论 百令胶囊不仅可以明显改善GD患者体液免疫功能,即降低甲状腺自身抗体TPO-Ab和TR-Ab水平,同时还可以调节细胞免疫水平即T细胞亚群比例,使CD4+/CD8+比值下降,从而使GD患者整体自身免疫紊乱状况得到有效改善。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the regulating effect of Bailing capsule on autoimmunity in patients with Graves disease(GD). Methods Eighty-four patients with GD were divided into the control group(n=42), which was treated with methimazole, and the experimental group(n=42), which was treated with methimazole combined with Bailing capsule(2 grams each time, three times a day)for 6 months. The levels of thyroid function(FT3, FT4, TSH), antithyroid peroxidase antibody(TPO-Ab), thyrotrophin receptor antibody(TR-Ab ), and subsets of T-lymphocytes(CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+)were measured before treatment, and 1 months, 3 months, and 6 months after treatment. Results (1) The thyroid function of the two groups had no statistical difference after treatment(P>0.05); (2) After treatment, the levels of TPO-Ab and TR-Ab in the experimental group were lower than pretherapy(P<0.001); compared with the control group,the Abs also decreased significantly(P<0.001); (3) course of treatment could influence the level of TR-Ab; (4) After six months of treatment, the CD4+ T cells in the experimental group decreased(P=0.003), CD8+ T cells increased(P=0.046), and CD4+/CD8+ decreased(P=0.027)markedly than the control group. Conclusion The Bailing capsule can effectively decrease the levels of TPO-Ab and TR-Ab in GD patients, and regulate the cellular immune functions, accordingly improve the immune disorder.
