大蒜油在小鼠体内抗流感病毒作用

Anti-influenza virus activities of garlic oil in mice model in vivo

摘要: 目的 探讨大蒜油在小鼠体内抗流感病毒的作用。 方法 小鼠经口给予低、中、高3个剂量[25、50、100 mg/(kg·d)]的大蒜油,之后接种流感病毒,分别为低、中、高剂量大蒜油组;同时设空白对照组、病毒对照组、溶剂对照组和阳性药对照组。观察大蒜油对小鼠流感模型的一般活动状态、体质量、肺脏、死亡率和平均存活时间的影响。 结果 与病毒对照组相比,低、中、高剂量大蒜油组和阳性药对照组的小鼠一般状态较好,体质量增加,肺部病变较轻,死亡率较低;与溶剂对照组比较,低、中、高剂量大蒜油组和阳性药对照组的小鼠平均存活时间较长(P<0.05)。 结论 大蒜油在小鼠体内有一定抗流感病毒作用。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of garlic oil on anti-influenza virus in mice in vivo. Methods The mice were given low, medium and high doses of garlic oil[25、50、100 mg/(kg·d)] through the mouths, and divived into low, medium and high dose of garlic oil groups,then the flu virus was vaccinated. Meanwhile, the blank, virus, solvent and positive drug control groups were set up. Active state, body weight, lung, mortality and average survival time of mice were observed. Results Compared with the virus control group, the mice in the low, medium and high dose of garlic oil groups and positive drug control group had better states, higher body weights, less lung indexes, more relieved lung lesions and lower death rates; compared with the solvent control group, the survival time extended in the low, medium and high dose of garlic oil groups and positive drug control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Garlic oil has the anti-influenza virus activities to some degree in mice model in vivo.
