摘要: 目的 探讨癌症患者确诊后的烟草使用情况并分析其影响因素,为制定癌症患者戒烟干预措施及改善患者预后状况提供科学依据。 方法 于2020年7~8月,从山东省A医院和B医院选取符合纳入标准研究对象405例,其中男296例,女109例,18~92岁,平均(60.43±11.52)岁,采取整群抽样的方法,进行问卷调查。采用t检验、χ2检验和二元Logistic回归分析调查对象的烟草使用情况及影响因素。 结果 从不吸烟者197例,吸烟者208例;其中当前吸烟者87例,确诊后已戒烟者121例。当前吸烟者占全部调查对象的21.5%,占吸烟或曾吸烟者的41.8%。年龄、确诊距今时间、病理分期、吸烟年限和抑郁状况是影响确诊后吸烟行为的主要因素。 结论 山东省样本机构癌症患者确诊后吸烟率相对较高,应采取针对性措施帮助癌症患者戒烟,改善患者预后,提高其生活质量。
