山东大学齐鲁医院新型冠状病毒肺炎诊治专家组
Consensus Group of Diagnosis and Treatment for Coronavirus Disease 2019, Qilu Hospital of Shandong University
摘要: 为建立新型冠状病毒肺炎疑似病例筛查、诊断、处理及院内感染防控标准体系,加强对疑似病例的管理,根据近期发表的有关新型冠状病毒肺炎流行病学特征、临床特点的文献及国家卫健委、山东省和济南市下发的有关新型冠状病毒肺炎的防控文件,结合山东大学齐鲁医院具体临床实践,制订出新型冠状病毒肺炎疑似病例管理方案,经医院新型冠状病毒肺炎诊治专家组充分讨论,形成共识性文件。该共识提出了新型冠状病毒肺炎分级诊断标准及相应处理措施、发热患者的诊断及处理流程、新型冠状病毒肺炎核酸检测的标准操作规程及流程、密切接触者的隔离流程及疑似病例的解除隔离标准等,对临床具体实践有重要的指导意义。
