3D腹腔镜胃血管球瘤切除术报道1例

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations, differential diagnosis and treatment of gastric glomus tumor(GGT). Methods The clinical features, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, pathological features and treatment of one GGT patient were analyzed, and related literature was reviewed. Results The patient underwent 3D laparoscope-assisted local gastric resection in our enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)programs. Postoperative HE staining and immunohistochemical pathology confirmed the case was GGT. The patient recovered well after surgery. Conclusion GGT is a rare benign tumor derived from the antrum of stomach. Diagnosis of GGT mainly depends on postoperative histopathology and immunohistochemistry. Surgical resection is safe and has good short-term outcomes.
