Quantitative analysis of 3.0T MR in differential diagnosis of breast lesions

Abstract:

Objective     To study the value of 3.0T MR quantitative assessment analysis in the diagnosis of breast lesions. Methods    44 patients with breast lesions were selected. All the patients underwent MR plain scanning and T1 dynamic contrast-enhanced imaging. The vascular function parameters (Ktrans, Kep, Ve and iAUC) of the lesions were acquired. These parameters were compared in benign and malignant breast lesions, and also compared in differential grades of invasive ductal carcinoma. Results   ①The value of Ktrans, Kep and iAUC between the benign and malignant tumors had significant difference, and the value of Ve between the benign and malignant tumors had no significant difference. ②The values of Ktrans, Kep and iAUC in invasive ductal carcinoma between grade I and grade II, and between grade I and grade III had significant difference, and there was no significant difference between grade II and grade III. The value of Ve in invasive ductal carcinoma among grade I, grade II and grade III had no significant difference. ③Ktrans was more meaningful in the differentiation of benign and malignant lesions. Conclusion    3.0T MR quantitative assessment analysis is valuable in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions. It can also provide reference value in the differentiation of histological grade of breast invasive ductal carcinoma.
