Study of the relationship between ER, PR, C-erB-2 and
bone metastasis of  lung adenocacinoma

Abstract:

Objective   To find the relationship between ER, PR, C-erB-2 and bone metastasis of lung adenocacinoma, and to analz bone metastasis time and survival time of lung adenocacinoma patients by way of multiple factors correlation analysis. Methods   Expression levels of ER, PR, and C-erB-2 in 96 lung adenocacinoma patients were investigated by immunohistochemistry(IHC). Result   The level of ER,  PR, and C-erB-2 had no difference between the bone metastasis group and the no bone metastasis group(P=0.34,  0.60,  0.26), but once they expressed, the level were higher in the bone metastasis group, most were ++ or +++. The earlier the T and N stage were, the longer the bone metastasis time and the OS were. Expression of ER and C-erB-2 had a relationship with the time of bone metastasis appearance and the OS (P<0.05). Conclusions   ER,  PR, and C-erB-2 have no relationship with bone metastasis of lung adenocacinoma;  while ER and C-erB-2 have a close relationship with the time of bone metastasis appearance OS of lung adenocacinoma.
